Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality digital educational services. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to materials, all sales are generally considered final.
However, we may offer refunds under the following conditions:
A refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase
No substantial portion of the course content has been accessed or completed
The request includes a valid reason (e.g. technical issues, duplicate purchase)
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Significant progress has been made in the course
The service has been fully or partially delivered
The request is made after the allowed refund period

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
